What is Stories By PQ’s policy on returns and exchanges?
At Stories By PQ, every piece is crafted with care, precision, and luxury detailing. Each product goes through multiple rounds of quality checks before reaching you. As a policy, we do not accept returns or exchanges on products delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. Additionally, items purchased during sale or promotional events are not eligible for return, unless they arrive with a significant defect.
In case your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request an exchange. Please ensure:
- The product is unused and in its original condition.
- All packaging and documentation are intact.
Once received, our quality team will carefully review the item. If approved, we will process an exchange based on product availability. If the same product is unavailable, we will issue store credit for the value of your purchase
What if my order is delivered damaged or incorrect?
If your order is incorrect (different from what was placed) or shows a genuine quality issue, we will offer a full refund or replace the order. What is your order cancellation policy?
